Find yourself in a rut with your scrapbooking? Many people find joining a class makes a huge difference in the ease of their Scrapbooking. Why not join us on Saturday from 1:00 - 3:00 for this gorgeous layout! Can't make it to the class, but would love to have this layout? We have many customers who sign up for a kit, and anytime after the class you are welcome to come by and pick up your kit and either take it home or work in the crop room on it. From a wonderful customer suggestion we will start including a color copy of the layout in your package for your ease of reproducing the layout! Please note the color on this layout is so different in person, the W are actually embossed with silver, and the rest of the letters are inked with silver. I guess I better take my camera in to get the colors working better.

Doing it Disney Style! - November 22nd

I am sure that there a lots of folks out there with holiday pictures from Disneyland /Disneyworld. There are also lots of us whose kids love the Disney movies and characters and with a bit of word play they can be used for many different situations. So for this class let’s make some basic layouts that you can switch up to suit your needs. This class will emphasis the importance of chalking and inking to make your die cuts come alive. A brief demonstration of the Cricut will be included as well.

We have a fantastic class coming up on Thursday November 8th. Join us for Sensational Journaling! Have you read the journaling on the layouts that inspires you to want to be able to journal like them but unsure as to how to do it? If that is what you are looking to achieve then join Dawn as she introduces you to SENSATIONAL JOURNALING, that will have you journaling from the heart. Her unique way of teaching is bound to have your journaling come to life!

We also still have room in our annual Remembrance Day Crop on Sunday November 11th. Join us from 12 - 5, cost $2.00 per person with this entire amount being donated to the Legion. This event is for Members and Non-Members. Snacks will be provided by Yesterday’s Memories for this event. So come in and get caught up on those pages! Sorry the crop room will be closed for Members not wishing to join this event that day.

Join us on Tuesday November 6th for our next card class! This is one of our regular classes so we will be creating two Christmas Cards, Two Regular Cards and one card that can either be a winter Birthday, Thinking of you or Christmas Card -your choice. Just give the store a call at 955-3236 or stop by to sign up. Please note because of the large amount of time it takes us to get each class prepared we do need advance signup.

It is a very big compliment to a store when a class is almost full and the class has not yet been written or made up. Once again this has happened with this month's layout class! So a very big Thank You to our customers who have that much faith in our classes and sign up without even knowing what is being made. This month's layout class has a waiting list only and again we are quite happy once we have enough names on the list to schedule an additional class. Here is the layout that we will be creating in this month's Layout Class.

Well I am excited to say that I finally have access to a computer to upodate our blog! We have been having computer trouble all week and we have been unable to update! So here goes. We have had 13 wonderful cases of products arrived this week that we are still putting out. Products like Magic Mesh, New Creative Imaginations Swatch Books, Prima Marketing Stamps, Rusty Pickle Stamps, New Say It In Crystals Swirls and Frames, as well as The Organized and Inspired Scrapbooker, We of course have had many, many more products than what we have mentioned and by tomorrow our computers will be up and running and we will try to have pictures and such for you to see.

Well, I believe everyone had an absolutely fantastic time on Saturday at our Crop and Cruise from the comments I have heard! The original idea of this Crop and Cruise was a way to say thank you to Leica for all of her continued support and help. The store was actually the one that was suppose to do all of the work, but she took one look at my amazingly busy schedule and Wow - next thing we knew she had done an incredible amount of planning and getting ready. She happily put on one of the best Crops Saskatoon has ever seen! Way to go Leica and a definite THANK YOU for all of your continued help!

Join Jen on Tuesday October 23rd for Colour Confidence. Do you find yourself having difficulties picking out the right patterned papers or colour of cardstock? This class not only teaches you colour theory, but is loaded with lots of ideas with how to deal with patterned paper.

On Wednesday October 17th we still have a few spots left in our Christmas Card Class. Come and create five stunning Christmas cards in this class. Please note during the holiday season we have many totally different Christmas Card Classes where you can create totally different cards. Some people will come in and pick just one class while others like to pick and choose a number of classes. The choice is yours so be sure to act quickly as we have already started to advertise our Christmas Card Classes and they usually fill up fast. We already have people signing up for classes that are being held the end of November!

Thursday October 25th join Jen for our Basic Beginner Class! What a wonderful place to start if you have not already taken a class or if you would just like to come in and brush up on the latest techniques. We totally recommend a class to help you with your new hobby as we find it builds a real confidence in Scrapbooking. Some of our customers who have been scrapbooking for 10 years have taken some of the recent classes and walked away learning something new!
